Unable to upload logo or favicon?

I I just purchased the theme but i get errors every time i try to upload the logo, or favicon. Can you help? thanks

Regarding your first issue,

Would you please reinstall the theme and check after that..


For your second issue, i.e. to change the color of the theme to black.

For this you just need to paste the code given below in Custom CSS section (Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

Code:

#slider_wrapper, #footer_bottom, #crumbs_wrapper, div.ptp-plan, .ptp-cta a.ptp-button {
    background: black;
}

Hi Priyanka and thanks for the FAST and KIND response.

I did unistall and deleted the theme and installed it back up and I am still unable to change logo,etc.

Also when I insert the CSS , nothing happens.

This is so frustrating. Can you please fix this?
