I am using ColorWay theme. Everything is working well, for the most part. Under 'Theme Option' I WAS able to upload a new logo, background and featured images. However, I am UNABLE to upload a slider image. After trying to do so, the following text is displayed in the input field of the slider image... "

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error ormisconfiguration and was unable to completeyour request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurredand of anything you might have done that may havecaused the error.

More information about this error may be availablein the server error log.

Web Server at huntingtonresort.com
"

and the following is displayed on the page in the white space under the input field...

    [IMG] " alt="" />

    Please advise.

    Hello,
The Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer or Internet connection but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Please contact to your service provider. They will help you.

    Thanks & Regards

I'm aware that it isn't a problem with my computer or Internet connection. The server is also not showing any signs of problem. Like I said, everything else is working perfectly with the template. I'd be happy to provide you with wordpress login details so that you can re-create the issue and see it for yourself.

    Hello,

    I understand your concern.

Kindly download and reinstall the fresh version of your theme from members area.

Also It is recommended that before doing any changes kindly create a backup of the same:

Step 1. To create a backup of your theme, install and activate WP EDITOR plugin.

Go to Dashboard->Appearance->Theme Editor and click download theme button to download your current theme.

Step 2. Now go to Dashboard->Tools where you will find Export website contents.

Just do like this and in this way your site's backup would be ready.

    It will solve your issue.

Let me know if still problem persists.
