Hello mrcruzi,

Kindly, create a backup of your theme by installing and activating WP EDITOR plugin.
as go to Dashboard->Appearance->Theme Editor
and click download theme button to download your current theme now go to Dashboard->Tools where you will find Export website contents.
just do like this and in this way your site's backup would be ready.

Now go to Dashboard->Appearance-> Themes activate any of the available theme say Twenty Fifteen for a while,
then click on Classicraft theme details, you will see a delete button,

Just press it and then you can upload the latest version which you have downloaded from the members area,

Hope this will resolve your issue.

it didn't work i deleted class craft going through the process ,, now i don't have a copy..
are you able to fix this?

I saw your web site. There is Twenty Fifteen theme (It is not Our ClassCraft theme) is activated .So please download the fresh copy of the ClassiCraft theme from the members area and activate it.

Hi, sorry i still have the same issue... i down loaded from the members area and it wasn't a fresh copy,, i still have my old web site *(i have got to menu manager to build a menu ,,,, on your guide it has a classified category box right at the bottom with arrows pointing to it... how do a make this box appear? I have added all of my categories into the backend.)*

 

THAT CLASSIFIED CATAGORIES BOX IS STILL MISSING.
Are you able to Load a fresh copy to my url please.
I have tried everything,, and spent many hours to try and fix this
much frustration! I would appreciate it.. thank you
