Unusual and tightly squeezed menu shows on mobile

    Greetings!

    When I checked this website-in-progress on my iPhone 6, everything looked great -- mobile-optimized as it should -- until I went to the mobile menu. Instead of seeing this:

    I saw this ... tightly squeezed and left-justified (below):

    Here is some custom CSS that I added ... taken from some other forum inquiries. There may be some conflicts that I've unknowingly created.

    box-shadow: 0 3px 0 #3A3B37 !important;
    }

    I'll send admin access via email if you need that, too. It will be labeled "MERGE" in the Subject line.

    Thanks for all your work with my issues. I appreciate it.

    I did some more checking and I've come to the conclusion the mobile menu display issue may be Apple device-related:
    • iPhone 6 (iOS): gives the results I indicated in my first post in this thread: tightly minimized and left-justified.
    • iPad Air 2 (iOS): gives the same results I indicated in my first post in this thread: tightly minimized and left-justified.
      • Other interesting aspects with display on iPad: sometimes the mobile menu icon in the upper right appears; initially, once or twice, it showed the regular desktop menu (with no mobile menu icon); now it's consistently showing only the mobile menu icon (no desktop-type nav bar).
    • Samsung mobile phone (Android): no issue; displays as it should. [Probably like your mobile phone displayed.]
    Do you agree? Or do you see something else in play? Your continued advice and help with this issue is greatly appreciated.

    FOLLOWING UP: Patiently waiting. :-D

    Do you have any idea -- a timeline -- when this issue might be resolved?

    I ask because mobile optimization is an absolute essential across all mobile devices for this client ... and the current (squeezed) menu display on iPhone and iPad is unacceptable.

    If it's not resolved soon, I'll need to look at another theme ... and I don't want to do that.

    As I have told you that we have already forwarded your issue to the developers department and as they are busy in some other implementation so we are trying to pull theme over your issue and will try to resolve this soon...

    Yes ... I do understand that you've forwarded the issue to the developers and I also understand they're busy with other implementations.

    My question is what does "soon" mean? I'm only asking for an approximate time frame. That's all.
