Update info on my "about us" page

How do I go in and change information in my "about us" page. Is it done in widgets or menus?

Hello,

Go to the Pages > All Pages panel in your dashboard and edit "About us" page from there.

I have created a added a new page, I click on the "view" button to see it, but when I go to my website it is not there. What is the problem?

Go to the Appearance > Menus panel in your dashboard and add that page in the menu bar from Pages section.
