    Hello!

When I or a client goes to their dashboard and edits their listing and click

    UPDATE YOUR LISTING

I get taken to this ?page_id=&action=edit&pid=69

It displays featured listing and there is no mention the listing was updated and when I go look at the listing indeed nothing was updated.

    Select default permalink from
    Settings > Permalink
    It will resolve your issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the help.

Ok I have done that but now there is no SEO at all. All links look like: ?page_id=8

Is there a way to have SEO active like you have in the demo site?

Hmm . . I strongly complained of this problem and was told that the default permalink setting is the only one that will allow the listing update to work correctly. I didn't notice this behaviour untill I read this thread.

So this is a good point being raised as the link is meaningless for SEO purposes and Google will almost ignore it which is a very real problem in trying to sell this directory service or get a good ranking for my site.

Possibly the update button didn't work on the demo site either!

Perhaps the support team or the theme author would care to address this permalink/SEO point in some detail as it is very important to us all !

Has this been resolved in 1.6.5 as I have other plug-ins which fail to work with the permalink default setting?
