Update Theme

Hello Support,

I need help with update theme from 1.7.5 to 1.7.7

In appearance under themes i do not see a update theme button.

Please attachment.Can you please help.

We have remove that button from there because of some security reasons.
Now, you can download theme from your members area and upload it.

Thanks for the update.
Can you please send instruction on how to install update.
I have looked at video on how to install a new theme which is no problem
but the update is a issue.

What i tried was from the appearance tab I clicked on themes.Located the
geocraft theme.

Here's where am stuck.I tried to add new theme but install failed.

So please send instructions on how to fix.

Please download the updated copy of GeoCraft Theme from the members area (http://inkthemes.com/members/member)
and, upload and activate it in your dashboard.

The delete button on my geocraft theme is not visible.Please view two attachments provided.

One shows my theme dashboard with no delete button and no side bar to move page up or down.Tried to
move page up and down with keyboard arrows but no help.

Next on the same screen on top left handside you'll see two arrows left and right arrow.Clicked on highlighted
arrow to the right but no help.See attachment.

Has WP resigned to their advantage ?

Hello,

This is because you have activated the GeoCraft theme.
WordPress do not have the option to delete while theme is active.
So firstly activate any other theme ( Twenty Eleven Theme) in your dashboard and after that click on the GeoCraft Theme and then you will get delete option there.

Or

You can also update the GeoCraft theme without deleting the older version by the instruction given below.
In latest downloaded theme from members area, You will get theme zip file, Extract it and rename the folder name (like "GeoCrafttheme-1") and then make its zip file and then upload it from the upload section (Appearance > Themes >Install Themes > Upload ) in your dashboard.
