Updates Not Being Saved

Each time I upload a new logo, background image and then hit save, the theme refreshed and I receive an "options updated" notice. However, when I go back to the site to view the changes, there aren't any. When I go back to the general settings page, none of the changes that I just loaded and saved are showing.

Any ideas here? A Permissions issue maybe?

This issue maybe because of plugin (if installed). So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

 

Tried that, but no luck. The issue is still present.

Any other options?
