Hi. I'm going to upgrade ColorWay theme in our WordPress network with 4 websites. It is critical to us to keep all the theme's settings and minimize the downtime. Can you please confirm that upgrading from 2.1.5 to 3.2.1 will keep settings in place? If it is not so, then can you please make a list of settings that will be lost and that we will have to re-enter immediately after upgrade? P.S. In case you need this info, we already run the latest version of WordPress. Regards, Anton
Hello, Your theme option content and custom css code will remain intact while the Theme update but if you have make changes in php files (like header.php, sidebar.php ,footer.php..etc.) of theme then you will loss your changes while the Theme update. To avoid this lose you can use child Theme. Okay, I've tried to update the theme. All menus are lost. Please consider it is a bug and fix it in next versions. Thanks, Anton
