I have read the forums to see if there is a way for users to upgrade their listings at a later time. It looks like this was considered for the next theme update which just happen, but I don't know if it was added. This will help me with deciding on packages and making a note to users that they they cannot upgrade to a featured listing later so they need to decide before checkout.
