Upgrade to Pro and Homepage Content disappears

We populated the free version of Butterbelly with images and text. Then we decided to upgrade where we can have the slider instead of the single Top Feature Image. When we activated the Pro theme, all of our Home page content and images were missing in the Top Feature Settings and in the Homepage Feature Areas.

Is there a step we overlooked that will maintain our settings from the free version to the Pro version?
