Hello, I liked the lite version of the Colorway so I just purchased the pro version. I downloaded and then switched themes, everything transferred in the fields i.e. words and photo links, but the page has nothing on it at all. I have the home slider on, photos loaded, etc but its blank. I did not have a ton of stuff loaded in there so starting over wouldn't be a problem but if its there and wont post I'm not sure. Also, if i switch back to the lite version everything shows up completely perfect. I deleted the lite version thinking that would be the issue, nope. I cleared my cache after reading some tips, nope. I tried another browser and device, nope. With everything so blank I am assuming I must be missing something very easy and simple... any idea? Thanks www.ryoneng.com
Hello, Kindly go to Dashboard-->Appearance-->Theme Options-->General Settings-->Front Page On/Off and check if the front page is "Turned On" or not, If not then turned it to On position. refer the below image for reference: Hope it will solve your issue. Let me know if it still persists.
