    Oh dear!

Noticed that a later version is available which although there is no version level shown other than 2.0.9 the change log actually shows three extra admin changes.

    * Version 2.0.9
    ***************************************
    1. Google map upgraded for required api key.
    2. Email notification added for add new listing for admin and user.
    3. Geocraft login registration module on off option added.
    4. Home page map module on off option added.

Thought it was worthwhile so upgraded to this later version, checked that the map was on, API was present, purged all caches and restarted all browsers.

Nope - space for map is present but no map and no pins either. Not sure about change no 4 as we were always able to choose to display the map or not!

Luckily I managed to go back to the original version, checked that the map was on, API was present, purged all caches and restarted all browsers.

It all worked OK again so now we wait for a fix to this!

    Hi Roger,

It seems you have a plugin activated for minifying your CSS and Javascript. That's why the new updated version couldn't identify your javascript key.

Before you go for an update, you must have deactivated all the plugins then, activate them later.

    I hope you understand.

    Warm Regards!

OK thanks Naveen. Did as you said and have mixed results!

The map (with all plugins active) now works OK on Safari on both a Mac and PC but does not work on Opera, Firefox, Google Chrome, MS Edge etc on a Mac or PC!

I seem to remember this happening once before and was fixed! Here we are again!

    Regards

    Hi Roger,

I've just checked map functionality on firefox, edge and google chrome.

It seems everything is working properly and there is no problem with maps.

We need to check your site for the issue.

Please share your error screenshots for further assistance.

    Thanks & Regards

OK so with the previous version (you don't seem to be able to note minor updates as a version) everything works OK on all platforms and all browsers.

Use the newest version, purge all caches, deactivate all plugins and no map on all platforms except if using Safari which still works correctly on all platforms!

Activate all plugins and no map on all platforms except if using Safari which still works correctly on all platforms!

Revert back to previous version and all works OK again on all browsers and all platforms!

This fact issue of the map not working on browsers other than Safari has happened before and was fixed!

    Screenshots attached.

    Ok Roger. Great!

You can enjoy the previous version of the theme right now.

We'll discuss the queries you've mentioned above with our developers.

See, if they can find out anything related to it.

    Thanks & Regards
