    Hello Support Staff . . .

Trying to install the zip file I just purchased to upgrade. I've dragged the file over to "choose file" and it appears to accept it, but when I click install, this is what I see:

    Safari Can't Open Page
    "http://Leafy . . . /wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme". The error is: "The operation couldn't be completed. Is a directory"
    (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:21)

Also, I do not see how to delete Lite from Wordpress, as only see "Customize" on the Themes page.
Your assistance would be appreciated as I'm very new to this stuff - thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I did use Filezila FTP to delete the Lite. I also made an iteresting discovery that I thought I should share here. If working on a Mac, as I am, when I downloaded the zip file from your email, it does not download as zip file on my computer - at least not on my mac. I figured out that I need to hold the Control button down while I click on the file, which then opens a window whereby I then choose either "Download Linked File as" or "Download Linked File" - I think both will work. Only then did the link download as a zip file. Once I got it loaded as a zip, I was able to install it on the upload themes page of WordPress. I literally spent about 5 hrs today talking with my host trying to figure how to load the theme, when it actually took me about :30 once I figured out how to make it a zip file. Oh, and a right click mouse will do the same thing as the control button. I hope this saves somebody else working on a mac some headaches.
