Upgrading from free to paid theme

I have set up my site with Poloray lite and have now paid for the pro version. How do I update it on my site? Also I have 2 home page tabs how do I get rid of one of them. I looked in the wordpress forums but the PHP code they say to change does not seem to be the same for this theme.
