upload button for media is not working...

Hi There, When I try to upload a pic in the media part of the theme , it does not work. The button does nothing when I click it. Please advise. Thanks, Sandra

 

For your information, it may happen that some of your plugins are conflicting in your site,

You are requested to deactivate all of your plugins once and check your site's again,

Then activate one by one your plugins checking result on each activation,

Hope this will let you figure out the messing up plugin.
