Upload Error: Specified file failed upload test.

Dear support,

I am upgrading to wp 3.5 just now,
but in the "First Slider Image" url there is notification like this
when i click "Save All Changes": "Upload Error: Specified file failed upload test."

and the result is my image on slider didnt showup.

Would you please help?what should i do?
