Upload videos to a Vimeo Pro Account?

I am wondering in general whether it is possible to make it so that when community members upload their videos with this theme, can the videos be uploaded to a Vimeo Pro Account server rather than to the server which this video theme is hosted on? These will not be video links (like from youtube) they will be actual uploaded videos. Another wards, when they press the upload up top, I'd like the videos to go to my vimeo Pro account and not take up space on my server that contains this theme/site.
Can you tell me if this is possible, and what customization would be needed for this? I can get the customization done, if it is possible.
