Urgent: 3rd Link Color request

Hi I really need to change my link color from gray to dark blue. Everything I try does not work:

I have this and it does not work:
.page-content p a:focus,
.page-content p a:active,
.page-content p a:hover {
color: #000099;
}

.textwidget a {
color: 000099;
}

and I have tried:
a:focus,
a:active,
a:hover {
color: #000099;
}

I do not want to change the link color in the footer.
