Urgent! Client can get paid/premium listing without payment through version 1.7.2 now.

the totally same problem Happen again, totally same as before. client can register paid listing without payment. because the one time payment and recurring payment had pass their listing before proceed to paypal payment, that mean before client make real payment, their paid/premium listing already in their dashboard after the confirm and chekout before paypal payment. i had tried many times, client can do it do it again without payment.

this time client do not need to register free account before get the paid listing free, client can register premium account directly and checkout, then is done, FREE.

URGENT! i stop my website business currently, because i cannot fix it, i think all other people GeoCraft have same problem. Could management do something, or let me have some respond from management. .

This issue is resolved in version (1.7.3).
Please update your theme to the latest version.

 

Do you mean after they check out and publish, but before paypal payment, the listing will be ready in their dashboard, but they cannot publish it, it stay on pending mode until the paypal payment done?

 

Yes, Before payment listing stay on pending mode as a free listing.
To clear confusion, Please try it at your end.
Create a listing (for ex. test listing ) click check out and publish, Then go to business listings through another tab. You can see a pending free listing there.
After that go to the previous tab and complete payment process and return back to your site. Test listing will become paid.

This problem is reappearing on the last version (1.7.8): Before payment, the Premium Listing appears automatically without any verification from Admin (not as a Premium Listing, but as a free listing).

(While the Free Listing does not appear automatically).

Please kindly check.

 

Go to your members area. Download "Geocraft theme". Copy its "module_functions.php" and "listing_submit.php" files and replace them with theme's current files.

1) geocrafttheme\library\controls\module_functions.php

2) geocrafttheme\library\front_end\listing_submit.php

It will resolve this issue.
