I have put two posts up regarding my shop on my website and have not heard anything back. I have just launched these new collections at a show last week and now people are unable to view them on my website! There was initially a problem with my blog posts automatically permalinking to my shop page. A member of the support staff, Nitesh, said this was to do with the Woo Commerce plugin I have on my website. He later replied to the thread again saying that he had found the problem and fixed it. Since then, my shop and product pages have both been down, which looks really unprofessional. Please, PLEASE address this matter ASAP and regard it as an URGENT matter. www.iozzolino.com
