    I have just fisnished a desing for a local NGO and they have ask me if it would be possible to make the "writting area" above the 4 boxes "clickable" and open an URL, see photo: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0131jg2u3e

    Hello,

    Go to the Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings > Feature Text Heading and paste the code given below in the Feature Text Heading section.

    Code:
    <a href="Enter the link address here">Enter your content here</a>
    This will solve your issue.
