User Counts stay at Zero

Seems I have run into a glitch.. despite the fact I have users with ads, the post count stays at zero.

What do I have to do to fix this..

Okay here is your reply to my email..

"I would like to let you know that the count which you are seeing under Dashboard->Users shows the number of posts that a user publishes using his/her account. These posts are posted using the default post feature of the dashboard under (Dashboard->Posts), only the posts published from here count for the users.

NO!! NO I don't understand.. many of those account are visitors to created the account from the front end of the site and posted a classified listing..
