User post blog posts - Still available?

If I remember correctly, I think I recall something about the user being able to post blog posts?

This would be amazing for me, as it would allow my users to posts deals, and feature articles on their listings.

Hello Kent,

This feature is already available in the theme. If admin set user to "Author" then that particular user will be allowed to publish post on site.
After loging-in user need to add wp-admin to the url.
