User Registration not working?

Hello, user registration not registering new users and the terms and conditions link doesn't work. Also, there is no success or failure message for user registration. Web site address is www.nasheeds.tv thank you for your help.

If you have make change in .php files then you will loss your changes.Your theme option content and custom css will remain intact.
