Using menu to link to different parts on the homepage

Hi - I'd like to use my page menu (custom menu) so that when you click them they scroll slowly down to a part on the main page (a bit like a scroll on the iphone). E.g you click 'about our services' on the menu and it scrolls down to that section at the bottom of the homepage.

Any ideas how i'd go about this?
