The email sent to the customer and to website owner is using UTC, I want to use local time as set in settings> General within wordpress. Please advise.
Hello, Go to the General Settings panel (Settings > General ) in your dashboard and select your area time zone from the Timezone section. See the image for the reference. This will solve your issue.
