I made heavy modification on my vcraft theme v1; I simply want to update the essentials. Which files should I focus on to make the manual change?

We mainly change the style of theme that is we make it to look more attractive.
Please see changelog.txt file in v2 theme folder,what we did in our latest version.
In which files you did customization ?

Keep old style.css file then update style.css file mainly.

Sorry, a little confused. Am I to overwrite the old style.css and replace with the new style.css?

I mean to say, keep your old style.css file anywhere like as backup then use new style.css file in theme.
If any issue will generate then you can use your old style.css file.
