To the Developers I have been with you for 2 years and I am not very happy with how things are going. I am planning to use the Hombuilder theme but was surprised I don't have the free banners as promised on the theme's sales page. I contacted you about this and got a response from one of your staff saying I can only get it if I purchase the stand-alone theme. Please check this thread. Now tell me, do you want me to pay more just to get those free banners? I want to use the Homebuilder theme but I want to make use of all its features as promised by my membership with you. Kindly address this issue as soon as you can. Thank you in advance.
