Very Very Urgent re listing expired

This problem with hundreds of emails going out when listing is expired doesnt seem to be taken seriously enough.

Again I am receiving loads of emails after listing has expired. Please don't tell me the customer is getting all these emails as well? if so this totally destroys the credibility of the site in the customers eyes.

Howe can we stop this?

 

Navigate to wp-content/themes/geocrafttheme/library/controls and open the file main_control.php

In that file do the steps shown below in image.

 

thanks but I cant find the "library" I can get to themes/geocrafttheme, but there is no library option , just "customise, widgets,menus

 

Through your FTP Software open your wordpress install files on server and navigate to wp-content/themes/geocrafttheme/library/controls and open the main_control.php file on your server.

After opening it do the changes as shown above and email delivery will stop.

Also, We are also pushing a new theme update today, which will resolve this issue automatically.

Ok I have found it through ftp, added the slashes but sorry to say still getting emails !!!!!!

 

We have updated the theme today. Make sure you update your GeoCraft Theme to the latest version your issue would be resolved automatically.
