VIDEO - Home Page Video (Optional) will not work

everytime when i load up in this aerea a video - i can only see a loading side on my page...
i tested different videos but always the same. What can i do?

no it dosent change anything!! All plugins ar deactivated. its this page http://www.wke-bunt.at/
but here i see everythings running (https://inkthemes.com/wptheme/foogo-video-theme/)
i can hear only the sound of the video...
