Video not found or Access denied - error

I have got Video not found or Access denied - error , it shows only when I preview the video which I upload it form my Pc , why that ?

We have tried multiple solutions for it but there is some problem with the .mov file format.
So for now using other video format is the only solution.
Please convert your videos to mp4 and upload them. They will work fine.

 

In your template it said we only accept those video extension ; jpg,png,jpeg,gif,flv,mp4,mp3,mov file extension,

And now you mentioned it only works for the mp4 ?..

how about the rest of extensions?! how can we limit our website visitors to upload only one video extension?!

Please advise any solution.

All formats work with the theme but due to some reasons .mov is creating problem at your site.
You can use any video format recommended by theme except .mov.

 

OK , how can we tell the website visitors that they can only upload certain video extensions?

Can type next to "Upload Video File: in transparent color the extension they accept ?

Please let us know how to do that.
