My videos dont want to upload for some reason. Is there a size limit? Also, How do I enforce the subscription payment to access the videos?
Hello, It seems you are trying to upload larger video, please confirm your max upload limit from WordPress Media. You can contact your host provider and ask theme to increase the values of POST_MAX_SIZE and UPLOAD_MAX_FILE_SIZE parameters from php.ini file located on the server. Regarding accessing the video, you can as an admin can assign the membership level manually from Dashboard->Users-> desired user's profile. The option is available under Membership section.
