Hi, I am encountering 2 kids of problems when user is uploading videos 1.when the users are uploading the video from the computer in mov format.....i can hear the sound but cannot see the video even after they have uploaded the image with it 2. They are giving youtube's share link and we cannot see the video. Is there a way we can fix these issues.
Hello, 1. For your .mov file format issue, We have tried multiple solutions for it but there is some problem with the .mov file format. So for now using other video format is the only solution. Please convert your videos to mp4 and upload them. They will work fine. 2.
