Videobox: replace with content

Hi,

Instead of using the videobox/image boxes , I would like to have content underneath the Featured Punchline, like this site: http://kellycooperslayton.com/

This is the content. I share it only for you to get a sense of how much I wish to add to this space.

How do I do this?

Let’s be honest and clear.

We are not trained to know and self-manage ourselves. Even if we have good intentions, our impact may not be what we expect. And it troubles us, sometimes a lot.

We are not trained how to take a different path than the one that has worked up until now and feels comfortable. We are not trained to create new behaviours and have them stick.

We are not trained how to be in relationship or to have conversations that engage and clarify and innovate, particularly when under stress and disagreement.

We are not trained to create and manage change – really – which is why 70 to 80% of large scale changes fails to meet objectives. Why? Because the human side of change is often ignored. Because most of us don’t know the basket of change levers and how to use them.

• Learn more about yourself, how to identify and deal with emotional reactions, yours and others.
• Learn to craft difficult, bold and challenging conversations that meet your objectives, the objectives of the people on the receiving end and at the same time build relationships, trust, and your ability to really influence.
• Learn more about the strategic levers for change and how to use them in conversation and in relationship.
