Viewport not configured, says Google

    Hi people from Colorway,

    I get a message from Google Webmaster that my viewport is not configured (and something about fonts to small), resulting in a smaller search result. Is this true and if so, what should I do?

    Colorway Pro Theme Wordpress 2.1.7 and 3.5.1

    I would like to inform you that- You are using ColorWay version 2.17 in your WordPress whereas, version 3.6.0 is available in the members area,

    You may go through the changelog file provided in our theme.

    I am providing you zip file of the changelog as an attachment, please check that..

    If you haven't customized your theme's source code then, you are requested to download a fresh copy of the latest version of this theme from the members area and upload it to your website.

    This will resolve your issue(s).

    Also, upgrade your WP

    I did the update in Wordpress and colorway. The whole site seems no longer what it once was, totally different.
    Went back to the old version of colorway, problem not solved.

    Could you please tell us your previous version of the WordPress and the theme which you were using before the updation?

    Now i'm using ColorWay Pro 2.6.1
    When i update to the latest version of ColorWay Pro 3.6.3 the site totally different.

    Hello,

    If you don't have problem then could you please deactivate the current theme and again re-install the fresh one because it's not like to disappeared all the content during updating the theme and it's really strange for us as well.

    If you still have the same issue after installing the fresh one, then it's my humble request to you please send us your dashboard and FTP details at [email protected] so that we can have a look over the issue.
