Visible Code in Pages Problem

I pasted the following code:

[formget formcode='W7a0-44997/i' autoresize='true' height='619' tab='tabbed']

in each page in order to have the "tabbed" FormGet contact form button showing on the right side of each page but the code shows in the actual content (text) of the page itself, even if I pasted in the "txt" section not in the "visual" one.

How can I not have the code showing in the page content?
