Want to replace " lead capture" form with "appointment booking system " form

I work only with beauty salons and want to replace the "lead capture" form with the "appointment booking system" from your Appointway theme. So that visitors can make an appointment directly on my site for the beauty of their choices.

I'm really interested in it and I would be very grateful for all that you do to help me.

Appointment booking system is a plugin which is only available with "Appointway theme".
It is not possible to add it for Geocraft theme.

Prob have to edit the database, and skin it from the other theme to work into Geocraft.
