On the other hand, images are all displaying correctly when using FULL WIDTH. Last...Here is another problem. Images ONLY displays correctly when using FULL WIDTH with page but NOT when using a blog post.

Hello, Theme using gallery functions according to latest WordPress and you are using old (3.3.2) version WordPress. So please update your WordPress to the latest version. It will resolve your issue.
