Watch demo and some more issues

There are few things I would like to figure it out.
1. How to setup the gallery area. I mean how do I put a set of photos and link up the title I set? So, I see them in the front page.
2. How / where do I add the link ( video link) about the "watch demo " on the front page? or how do I want to delete the "watch demo" bottom ?
3. Where do I add the link in the front page for the setup entrance - which is for the wordpress platform?
4. change the background color as the attachment shown.

By the way, I know how to delete "watch demo" bottom. But I want to keep it, but the bottom link to specific url.
