Two more things I can't seem to figure out by myself: the title of my website http://janetgarfield.com/ would not change from Gommero to Janet Garfield - even though the correct text is there (in Customize section) When I'm on the home page of that same site, the BLOG tab is highlighted - instead of the HOME one Please help!
Hi Daria, We have visited your website these problem is occurring due to any one of the plugin you are using, Deactivate all plugins one by one and checkout which plugin creating this problem. This will solve your issue.
Even with all the plugins deactivated the header still remains Gommero instead of what's supposed to be (Janet Garfield). Is there anything else I could try? Problem #2 went away, though. Thank you for your help!
I just spent another half hour trying to change the header on the site http://janetgarfield.com/ Everything looks the way it's supposed to with generic wordpress Twenty Eleven theme. When I activate Gommero pro theme, the header stays "Gommero," no matter what - and I am getting upset with not being able to change that.
Hello Daria, Create you text logo image of recommended size of 170 x 30 pixels(width: 170px and height: 30px) either in jpeg or png and then, go to Custom Logo section (Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings > Custom Logo) in your dashboard and upload your logo image from that section as shown in the referenced image given below. For the reference see the image given below. This will solve your issue.
I have uploaded my logo following the dimensions you recommended it comes out very small. What size is the "Logo" on the template http://thestepforwardcoaching.com/
Hello, Maximum width for logo image is 950px. We are used the logo size of 340 × 96 pixel in the theme.
