Weird video effect on featured video

I've noticed a weird overlay on the featured video on the home page at http://VMailHub.com. Do you know what is causing this effect?

 

I think you are talking about hover effect on featured video.
To deactivate it paste this code in Custom CSS
Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

The problem is in that particular video. Please try another video to test theme.
It will work fine.
