Hi can you just clarify what happens when a listing expires, does email go out automatically to customer to advise them ? and if so is there a way we can stop it please? thanks Shaun
Yes, listing owner receives an email at the time of listing expiry , If you want to remove this feature then, Please provide the following information listed below. Thread Link: Your Website URL: WordPress Username: WordPress Password: FTP Details: Send this information on our email at [email protected]
Ok thanks , if I manually change the expiry date before the listing expires presumably this would also stop an email going out?
Yes, this will also work . If you extend the expiry date manually before the listing expiry then the listing expire acknowledge email will not sent to the listing owner.
