What is the best method for moving this site to a new hosting company

I have bought a new hosting package and want to move my one page to its new home. Unfortunately all the settings in the customization were lost. I copied the MYSQL file and imported that ok but that was'nt the problem.

I have temporarly moved back to the old hosting company to see if there is a way of saving all my customized settings for the one page theme and exporting them as a file to re import at the new hosing company.
