It seems that you have missed out some settings in Discussion field (Appearance=>Settings=>Discussion) of your dashboard.

So you are kindly suggested to have a look over the settings under your discussion field.

And if still will not be able to resolve this issue, please send us your dashboard details at [email protected] and we will do it for you..
