When a user create a new ad, and select a one time payment, the site go to paypal, and if the user click cancel and go back , it come back to my site with this url ?notify=cancel&post_back=0bca6fc5, its just return to my home page, what am i suppose to do with this ? what does it notify, why the user is not being aware that he canceled the paypal and his ad has been added as a Free ad ? at this point the user is confuse
Hello ! We don't suggest to do customization related to URL. When user cancel their payment on paypal page -it will redirect on website -add will automatically saved in his draft. -user can see it in his dashboard -user can again edit it -can change its type one time to free Thanks & Regards Pramod
When building a site, you need to treat the user like he is an idiot, if he cancel the paypal payment, the site should return to the packages selection, or maybe to his dashboard, to let him know that a free ad have been created. Right now it just redirect to the Homepage without any explanation of what happened. Im pretty sure that a lot of users will just try to create another duplicated ad instead of checking is dashboard. Also if the user made it throught paypal and successfully made his payment, the site should redirect to the payment status with a link that will go to his newly created ad. Thanks
