where is the second <body> ,</body> tags for the home page?

    Hi There, I am being told be the livechat supplier that I need to install a snippet of their code " right above the second <body> tag near the bottom on the home page. I would like to know where this is. Also, for other pages is the second <body> tag located in the same place?

    Please let me know. Thanks, Sandra

    Hello Sandra,

    Just access your theme files via FTP/cPanel and open header.php file contained in the theme's folder which is located in wp-content directory.

    There you can get and edit the required codes.

    We are not sure with your requirements.

    I would like to let you know that the <body> tag also works without </body>, so it would be better for us to understand and provide quick resolution to your query if you could just let us know in which part of the homepage you want the code to be placed/displayed.

    Hi Sandra,
    Greetings from InkThemes,
    Fist of all I would like to inform you that the source code of the theme does not contain any second <body> tag. The only <body> tag that is available is in the header.php file in the theme. So, you can paste the required code at the starting of the tag in the header.php file itself and this won't make any difference.
    To learn how to add the code, Please follow the screenshot given below.

    For your information, I am using "WP-Editor" plugin to edit files.
    You can also download and use it from the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/.
    After activating this plugin, you will get the same screen as shown in the screenshot.
