All in one SEO or wordpress SEO by joost? The reason I ask is because I thought I remembered seeing that one of them caused some problems with the theme. Thank you.

I used to use all in one on all my sites but their recent update tries to take over everything and has become to intrusive and heavy handed imo. Will the Wordpress SEO from joost work safely? http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-seo/ It is my favorite, helps me write better content and I love the red light to green light interface to see your progress on a page or post.
