White bar across the top of the page

This is the first time using a template in WP and I cant seem to get rid of the white bar across the top of the page. The bar is at the very top of the page above the header.

Can someone help?

We have seen your dashboard.
Your dashboard also showing top white space.
This space is occurring because of extra links as shown in image.



Please check and remove these links.
It will resolve your issue.

 

Can I delete this from the editor in WordPress? What's the page name I will be editing?

 

These links are adding through your server. Please contact to your service provider they will provide you solution for this.

 

I contacted my hosting company today and they were not seeing anything that could be injecting the code into the theme and this problem is only happening with your theme. They had mentioned that it may have something to do with an iframe, because I did a completely fresh install of wordpress and your theme on another domain and the white bar is still appearing without any plugins added to the site. The other site is www.madmenprofiles.com / user: xxxx / password: xxxx

So as far as I can see this has to be something to do with your theme causing the white bar.

 

Figero theme is working fine, But in your case it create white space in your Dashboard and also in site and the code is not catch-able at any file but they are still showing in your homepage and creating spaces in header, At the time of downloading the WordPress there is some problem created in your Cpanel, Therefore we suggest you to delete all data from your Cpanel and Download WordPress again from WordPress.org and also download fresh copy of theme from your members area and upload it.

This will solve your issue.

 

FYI: I don't see any white space when I go to your site using chrome. Do you only see it when you are logged in?

 

I figured it out, I installed "All in one Seo pro" and it injected a bunch of code into the website and broke the theme and multiple plugins. So I had to do a fresh wordpress install and reinstall everything. Problem solved Thanks for your help.
