Why Can't I Update Themes I Paid For!

I paid the initial deposit for membership of your themes. Built a couple of sites with them. Thought the $15 a month fee was being automatically withdrawn. Checked and see the $147 was the only payment.

That really should matter because the title of my login page says Lifetime Membership.

When I log in, I can only access a few themes, and there are no updates.

"Lifetime" would connotate updates to the themes puchased.

I am reading multiple posts on the themes Contact Form Spam problems. The only solutions other than "we are working on it," for several months is the update the theme. But I cannot do that because they were pulled from my dashboard.

What gives? I thought if I set up the $15 a month plan again... it would allow me to get the themes back. But I would have to pay another $147 start up fee. I don't believe this to be fair. As many problems these themes have with spam, and as non customizable they are. It would make more since financially to use Themeforest to purchase themes individually.
